CAT Scale keeps an electronic record of all sold CAT Scale tickets for a period of seven years. If you need a copy of your CAT Scale ticket, please fill out the form below.
Please note: We will only give this information out to the purchaser of the ticket, or the trucking company name that appears on the ticket.
Additionally, we will verify tickets that have been presented to customers as proof of weight. If you are requesting ticket verification, you MUST attach a copy of the original ticket in your possession.
